Gara - Gara Menang Tipis

Basic Competence : 07.11.01.07.20. Explaining relationship of structure, function, and process also disorder/diseases which possible occur in animal/human movement system

II. INDICATORS
1. Cognitive of Process
• Identifying bone, muscle, and the joint structure and function in movement system
• Drawing bone, muscle, and the joint structure
• Explaining mechanism muscle movement
• Mention diseases in movement system
2. Cognitive of Product
• Explaining relation between bone, muscle, and joint in movement system
• Explaining rehabilitation to various diseases in movement system

3. Affective
• Students are able to give opinion
• Students are able to give attention to the teacher

III. LEARNING OBJECTIVES
1. Cognitive of Process
• Students are able to mention the kinds of organs that arrange musculoskeletal system
• Students are able to identify bone, muscle, and the joint structure and function in movement system correctly
• Students are able to draw bone, muscle, and the joint structure individually
• Students are able to explain mechanism muscle movement correctly
• Students are able to mention diseases in movement system correctly
2. Cognitive of Product
• Students are able to explain relation between bone, muscle, and joint in movement system correctly
• Students are able to explain rehabilitation to various diseases in movement system correctly
3. Affective
• Students are able to give opinion well
• Students are able to give attention to the teacher well

IV. LEARNING MATERIAL
The musculoskeletal system consists of. These two systems work together to provide basic functions that are essential to life, including:
• Protection: protects the brain and internal organs
• Support: maintains upright posture
• Blood cell formation: hematopoiesis
• Mineral homeostasis
• Storage: stores fat and minerals.
• Leverage: A lever is a simple machine that magnifies speed of movement or force. The levers are mainly the long bones of the body and the axes are the joints where the bones meet.
• Bone
• Muscle
Based on the property of its work, muscle is separated into two synergist muscle and antagonis muscle.
a. Synergis muscle
Synergis muscle is two muscle or more that work together and supporting each
for example is diaphgram muscle that works together when someone take breath.
b. Antagonis muscle
antagonis muscle is two muscular or more that work in opporsite. For example is biceps muscle found in arm part.

The function of muscle is an active movement organ, this is because muscle cells have ability to contract. muscle can short and it’s diameter is enlarges. the circulation of food substance in intestine and blood circulation indirectly is moved by muscle.
Muscle will contract if it get stimuli trough nerve. The contraction of muscle need energy in front of ATP.
• Joint/ Articulation
Disease in muscle
• Hernia abdominalis
Hernia abdominalis happens because the tear of wall of abdominal muscle so the intestine goes go down and enters into the abdominal cavity
• Neck stiffness
Neck stiffness happens because the presence of inflammation in neck muscle as the effect of wrong movement oe sudden stamp. neck becomes pain and stiff if movid.
• Muscle artrophy
• Muscle athrophy that is occurrence of function decrement of muscle because muscle decreases or loss ability to contract. etc.

V. LEARNING METHOD
Model : Social interaction
Method : Cooperative Learning
Technic : Whole brain teaching and Walking stick
